One Love, One Heart SEL Program

Brought to you by Family SHADE and The Laffey-McHugh Foundation

Empowering Young Hearts Through Music, Movement, and Mindfulness

Our SEL program is thorough and extensive, with 5 phases that include supports such as direct instruction of social-emotional learning skills with the children to the formation of a wellness group in each school that we enter.  The program was created with an intentional framework that influences the entire school community and its culture around emotional wellbeing.  The program aligns with social-emotional research provided by CASEL, Breathe For Change, and the Pyramid model.

Our flagship One Love, One Heart (OLOH) SEL Program is designed to help children thrive emotionally and socially. Through interactive sessions led by skilled facilitators, children learn to:

  • Understand and manage their emotions.

  • Build confidence and a sense of belonging.

  • Develop empathy and healthy relationships.

Take a Sneak Peak Inside…

Bring OLOH to a Preschool!

Help nurture emotional intelligence and resilience in young learners by bringing the One Love, One Heart SEL Program to a preschool.

Through music, movement, and mindfulness, this 12-week program equips children with the skills to understand and manage emotions, build relationships, and grow in confidence—all while creating a joyful, supportive classroom environment.

Whether you’re an individual looking to sponsor a program or a preschool interested in learning more, we’d love to partner with you. Together, we can empower the next generation to thrive emotionally and socially.
